Performed by one of our Nationally Certified personal trainers, we will assess your current Health and Fitness and establish realistic program goals to ensure success!

Individual Personal Training
Work with one of our dedicated personal trainers in a session devoted entirely to you! Each of your sessions will consist of cardiovascular conditioning, overall resistance training, core stability training and stretching.

If your schedule does not allow you the time to experience our studio, get the workout where and when you need it.
Core Stability Training 
Strengthen your "core" muscles (abdominals, obliques, back extensors and entire trunk musculature) through a progression of challenging exercises. These muscle groups are often neglected in typical exercise routines but are essential in your ability to function and are particularly important in maintaining posture.

Sport Specific Training
Designed for the weekend warrior or the competitive athlete, this workout is designed to help you improve your overall athletic ability. Offered for individuals, small groups or teams.

Specialized Needs Training
Have one of our certified personal trainers work with you on a specific need... musculoskeletal, pulmonary, cardiovascular, metabolic, or other medical concerns.
PNF/Flexibility Training (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation)
This is currently the fastest and most effective way known to increase flexibility. Allow one of our personal trainers to take your body to the next level using this technique. PNF employs movement patterns, combined with resisted muscular contractions to increase your body's maximum range of motion and flexibility.

Nutrition Program
Work with our registered dietician to review your current eating habits and help you develop a realistic nutrition plan to help you reach your goals. One-on-one nutrition counseling and our online nutrition program are available for your convenience.
