
LISA SORANTINO
Jeff Stehl’s lifelong passion for fitness made his career choice simple. As soon as he started working in a fitness center, he knew this was the field for him. Jeff is a fitness training staff member at the Delaware Swim and Fitness Center in Wilmington, DE. Additionly, he is completing his associates degree program in Exercise Science at Delaware Technical and Community College. Following this, Jeff will further his education at the University of Delaware pursing a bachelor’s degree in Health, Nutrition, and Exercise Sciences.
Lisa Sorantino is a health and fitness consultant and owner of wellnesstoday!
A Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Lisa received her bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware in Fitness Management. Lisa has been actively involved in all aspects of the Health and Fitness Industry since 1988.
Lisa believes in creating awareness in all aspects of your life. In order to set, achieve and maintain realistic health and fitness goals, you must first have a sincere desire to do so.
Lisa and her staff look forward to working with you. The knowledge, energy, passion, and commitment demonstrated by her staff are both inspirational and contagious.
DEANNA WASMUND
Deanna's passion for the fitness industry began when she was 12 after her father taught her how to box. Since 1996, Deanna has been teaching all aspects of group fitness including Step, Hi/Lo, Muscle Conditioning, and Bootcamp. Her specialties are Pilates and Kickboxing.
Deanna is certified in Group Fitness and Personal Training with a specialty in Pilates and Kick-boxing. She is certified through such organizations as AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America), AAAI (American Aerobic Association International), IFA (International Fitness Association) and FiTour.
In addition to providing Personal Training in our Pike Creek studio, Deanna currently manages our 50+ Fitness Program at the Claymore Senior Center. Deanna believes in giving 100% to her clients. Deanna's passion for teaching carries into each of her Personal Training Session as she keeps them fun and energized. She ensures that you will have fun and achieve results while working with her. Philosophy: "Working out shouldn’t be stressful but something you look forward to!"
JOHN BURROWS
John Burrows' passion for the Health and Fitness Industry began in 2000 when he competed in Natural Body Building. He began Personal Training in 2001 after receiving his Personal Training certification with the International Fitness Professional Association.
In 2003, he graduated with an associates degree in Exercise Science from Delaware Technical and Community College. John went on to complete his bachelor's degree in Health Behavior Management from the University of Delaware in 2006. Along with his Personal Training business, John teaches Nutrition classes for Delaware Technical and Community College.
John approaches his clients through an overall holistic approach. He believes that working with a client encompasses all aspects of wellness. Physical, emotional and psychological factors are all play a critical role when improving the overall quality of one's life!
CLINT DAGER
Clint Dager has been involved in fitness, in some way or another, most of his life. With a desire to work in a field related to his passion, he chose the career of Exercise Science in 2005. Clint received his associates degree in Exercise Science from Delaware Technical and Community College in 2008. Currently, Clint is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Health and Behavior Science with a conventration in Fitness Management from the University of Delaware.
Clint knows the benefits of exercise, and he hopes to help others realize the benefits as well. Clint understands that it takes hard work and dedication to get into shape but if you dedicate yourself, he knows he can make the hard work much easier and more enjoyable.
As a Blue-Belt in the martial art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he acknowledges that hard work and devotion can take you places you never thought possible. He enjoys working with and has experience with all types of clients. His own hard work and dedication has paid off so he is confident that he can help you to achieve the results that you want.
ED GRANEY
Ed's studies of the Martial Arts, and the mental and physical training involved with them, spans fourteen years. In 2006, he was part of a team that won the Gold Medal for Kung Fu at the prestigious Xi'an International Tournament in the ancient city of Xi'an, China. He has also had the honor of studying Tai Chi with Master Sun Zhenkang.
Ed has trained clients from all age groups ranging from children to 80+. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and the National Personal Training Institute.

As a trainer I believe in helping you achieve your fitness goals by first doing away with those pre-conceived limits and then working hard to become your best self. Each of my clients can expect an individualized system of exercise and motivation based on their unique goals."

TRICIA JEFFERSON
Tricia Jefferson has always been interested in nutrition. She came to realize how much nutrition impacts the lives of individuals learning first hand by the long line of family members who have dealt with Diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Tricia is a licensed Registered Dietician through the American Dietetic Association (ADA). She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics with a concentration in fitness at the University of Delaware. Along with doing Nutrition Counseling with wellnesstoday!, she is currently working as a Clinical Dietician at Christiana Care.
Her focus is on overall nutrition with an emphasis on portion sizes and eating in moderation. "Eating is something we will always have to do in order for us to have the energy to do other things that are important in our lives. Learning how to eat right so that we are healthy and feel good is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves!"
